Hours of Operation

10 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday – Friday
8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Thursdays and Fridays on Graduation Week
10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Saturdays
Closed, Sunday
Closed New Year’s, Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas

Admission & Parking:

Admission to the Parris Island Museum is FREE, and there is no charge for parking. Parking for handicapped visitors and oversized vehicles is available. Wheelchairs are available upon request.

*For American Citizens, please be prepared to show your credentials when coming to the Guard gate at Parris Island. You will need your valid Driver's License, Registration, & proof of Insurance. 

For Foreign Visitors:

In accordance with MARADMIN 108/23 and SecNav/SecDef instructions;

  • ALL foreign national visitors to the Depot require sponsorship from a permanent personnel sponsor.
  • Sponsors shall submit SECNAV form 5512/1 for all requested foreign national visitors no later than three weeks in advance to PMO Access Control
  • Graduating Marines shall serve as the sponsor for their foreign national visitors attending graduation activities or lodging aboard the Depot.
  • Undocumented foreign visitors are prohibited from access to the Depot.
